This is SKYRC E3 AC 2S / 3S Li-Po Battery Charger (V2) (Original), it takes 100-240V, good for any country in the world. There are no buttons on the charger, so simply wait for the chargers green lights to come on, which means the battery is ready. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to charge an 11.1V 2200mah Li-Po Battery Pack.
Charge Status LED:
