The 7MBR15SA120 is an IGBT Module that operates at 1200V and 15A current and is often used to drive small to large motors in inverter circuits (for DC-to-AC conversion). Motor drive inverter applications, AC and DC servo drive amplifier applications, and uninterruptible power supply applications all use the 7MBR15SA120.
